Gem Elixirs
Gem elixirs are made from water in which the relevant gemstone has been soaked. They are used as a means of drawing the healing vibrations of the gemstone into your body. Place your gemstone in a bottle of filtered water which has been sterilised and purified and leave the bottle and gemstone in the sun for four hours. Next, remove the gemstone from the bottle and mix two thirds of the water with one third of brandy or cider vinegar. Shelf-life of a gem elixir is only three months. You can make an elixir using more than one gemstone if you wish.
Directions for use.
Place three or four drops under your tongue three times a day. If you prefer you can place three drops of the gem elixir into a cup of tea. It should be taken at least half an hour before or after eating.
